AVOID. SO loud, dirty, poorly managed, pests

Pros

ceilings are high

Cons

Walls are crazy thin i hear everything my neighbors say and do. the building is not constructed well there are cracks and holes in bedrooms and living spaces where you can see pests and bugs crawl out of. the street is always filled with garbage and it is often extremely noisy bc of the thinness of the building. windows dont open more than two inches. no outdoor space. packages get stolen. cant wait to leave and not pay expensive rent on a projects block and apparently a baby was killed in a drive by shooting on our corner this year

Building itself is okay but block is very loud and dirty, but safe

Pros

No issues with bugs or rats. Owner/management is good. Newly renovated. Good location relative to trains. Lots of natural light.

Cons

Block is VERY loud and disruptive. There's poor garbage control and streets are dirty. Stairs are very dangerous. Poultry market downstairs creates a lot of clutter around the building entrance.
