Hands off management
Pros
Great location and good size units, management isnt really bothered by much, which is peaceful and annoying. The walls are basically solid so there isnt much noise between units. Some units seem great but lower back ones get basically no light.
Cons
Concerns arent handled in a timely manner at all, got locked out of laundry for a full day with a load in the washing machine and couldnt get anyone to come and unlock it. Pests are 50/50 and there are mice in the basement. The rest of the building is clean enough though.
I wanted to like it more
Pros
Neighbors are great, and I like the layout of my place.
Cons
Maintenance of the building and apartment as bare bones as they can get away with. They say the super is live-in but thats not true. Constantly raise the rent as much as they can do legally.
