All of the appliances were updated and I enjoyed the bathroom and rooms

It is quiet, convenient location.

Cons

Building management is the worst I've ever encountered. They are unresponsive, no emails open to tenants. They also blame us for their poor decisions on apartment appliances etc.

Advice to the owners

Sell the building to someone who cares.
