Love this building

Pros

The super, Kenny, is a great guy that is super responsive. Everyone that lives here as of 5/9/23 is very respectful.

Cons

Garbage is kept in the basement. It would be ideal to keep it outside, but it would suck for the first floor apartments, so I understand.
