## The HORROR HOTEL##

Pros

The Super is HARD WORKING and he keeps the building as clean as he possibly can.

Cons

This is a working class building, but there are people who live here and they sell DRUGS, PLAY LOUD MUSIC ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, and they HANG OUT DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING AND SELL DRUGS, PLAY LOUD MUSIC and PARTY!! When I called the Landlord he tells me to call the Police! He does NOT participate in the Neighborhood Watch that keeps the building SAFE (he does NOT CARE). ================================================================= UPDATE: Monday, December 22, 2025 THANK GOD, I MOVED 2 years ago!!

Advice to the owners
