Management/super are very nice and responsive. Always looking to accommodate residents as best as they can.

Rent concessions made it cheaper than average
Pros
Pretty cheap with the rent concessions, friendly doormen who know you, very prompt maintenance and friendly super, very nice bathrooms — modern looking and nice shower enclosure instead of the usual bathtubs
Cons
Not a real kitchen, so the oven is a microwave oven that only goes up to 425. Building recently removed 24/7 doorman and made them only until 11pm. The kitchen water pressure is weak, sometimes brown water comes out when you use the hot water and haven’t run it for a while
