3 bedrooms 2 full baths w/d and dishwasher in unit
Cons:
No cameras ppl sleeping in stairwells. Building not cleaned well. Squatters!!!
Advice to owner:
Meet the tenants needs... we need better security and consistent cleanliness

Pros:
Building located close to 161mini mall, 3av shoppings, Yankee stadium, metro north if you travel upstate Building clean on hallways, stairs sometimes trash they take out daily, only repairs if sec8 report to them
Cons:
Management office Hard to track or speak to someone at office. They said they will get back to you and you never get a call back. Have to tracked them down be patience unless they like you they won’t pay u any attention
Advice to owner:
Either hired more staff, respond to tenant question concerns in timely manner. More supervisions on cleaning stairs, a must.
