Great location, across the street from station. Pretty average dorm setup.
Cons
When I first moved in the air wasn't working but it was quickly fixed. There's a kitchen in the basement with 3 stoves but it's shared with all the residents so it can get crowded. Also, there's only a water refill station in the basement and if someone gets a lot of water you have to wait for it to replenish.
