Great location and first apartment

Pros

Amazing location with good lighting (third ave windows)

Cons

There were some bugs/ roaches. Penny farthing across the street is loud which can be annoying if you’re not into that

Mice infestation, non working appliances and horrible management

The location is good

Cons

This building is overpriced. Multiple issues with mice throughout the building. Stolen packages with no response from management. Oven and multiple burners do not work. Constant water leaks and horrible heat.
