Best Building in Brooklyn
Pros
I love this building and after a fair share of terrible ones this is a welcome change. The management is pretty responsive and I haven’t had many huge issues in three years of being here. Friendly people in the building, get my mail, nice space, good light, ect.
Cons
No laundry, no dishwasher, no frills
Advice to the owners
Just updating things around the building and in apartments would be nice but all things considered just give the super a raise he rocks :)
