For a rent stabilized place, decent

Pros

-large ish kitchen -good closet space -laundry in building -mostly a good place to leave and reasonably nice

Cons

-not very responsive when dealing with bugs -not very communicative about things that happen and impact (eg fire in neighboring building) -sometimes we are worried we hear mice…

When there are problems, fix them sooner and tell your residents what is going on

Love my landlords

Pros

The owners care about long term upkeep of the building. They own the block and have an office at the top open 9-5 for any issues. They maintain the landscaping and the trash and laundry rooms are very clean
