Rent Stabilized - Horrible Management
Pros
Great rate for the area, friendly neighbors, excellent location
Cons
Management and super are not responsive at all. They neglect ongoing leaks and mold issues of longstanding tenants, but very quickly will gut-renovate vacated units in order to remove rent-stabilized status.

Awful management and no care for tenants

The location is great but that’s about it
Cons
Terrible management company. They stopped sending exterminators, they don’t clean the hallways, they don’t answer tickets about leaks or damages.

Care about your tenants
