Constant noise! If you live here you will do two things: never get a good night's sleep and lose most of your sanity. The noise levels and consistency here are off the charts and cannot be fixed. Basically tenants come, realize they have been bamboozled, and leave after a year. The turnover is unreal. Also, they charge random fees and will not respond to any emails, phone calls, etc. RUN!!!
Advice to the owners
The property owner does not care at all about its tenants. They don't even have the common courtesy to respond to simple emails

Horrible, and I mean H O R R I B L E management/ownership. They are entirely unresponsive and when they do respond they are downright rude and disrespectful. Wellington Cabrera is the manager and is the biggest scumbag on earth. They refuse to negotiate rent and have created multiple issues in the building, including failing to notify tenants about water maintenance that cause brown water to flow from all faucets, including laundry. When this was brought to Wellington’s attention, he was rude and combative, showing little to no respect for the tenant.
