Trash guy is really good, would not recommend this building.
Pros
One of the best trash guys, has one of the worst collection of bins to work with but the pile of trash is actually impressive. Good snow removal.
Cons
Building is not built very well, and while the trash guy also cleans the public areas, neighbors leave trash everywhere on the steps and main hall. Walls and ceilings fairly thin. Cracks and patches along seams make it evident that building construction wasn't the best to begin with. Long term rentals of 1+ years should reconsider.
Advice to the owners
Larry tries his best but ticket system needed in case larger cleanup and public area management is needed. Refresh of apartments structurally may be needed.
Worth the hike

Modern renovation, new appliances, laundry in building, virtual doorman, great views, excellent location, unique exterior facade, high ceilings, quiet neighbors
Cons
No elevator, maintenance issues take forever to resolve, small laundry machines that require cash loading cards to use, overpriced
