-affordable rent -nice neighbors

Cons

-pests in apartment. cockroaches, mice, bugs, you name it. -not clean. Kitchen is disgusting, bathroom has so many cracks and gross areas -unrenovated. Walls are gross. Toliets old. Appliances bad.
