Fine Apartment / Terrible Landlord

Pros:
First floor has a gorgeous back yard , good sized rooms , three units so not too many people , close to train.
Cons:
Not fully renovated , no built in AC , hard to maintain cleanliness.
Advice to owner:
DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. Greg the owner is a new landlord , he does not know the rules of a tenant / landlord relationship - harasses tenants , not easy to talk to , not helpful.
