Construction nearby led to rats

Pros

Big living room with lovely windows and big rooms, has metal box sleeves in the wall for AC units, super lives nearby and immediately salted and shovelled the snow when needed, very nice community garden across the road, the 2 rooms facing the backyard are very peaceful, they do free monthly pest control appointments

Cons

The landing was never cleaned, and the stairs are carpeted so they smell really terrible. The buzzers do not work, so you need to go pick people up from downstairs. The super lives nearby, but is not the most responsive because he manages 70+ buildings! There is a luxury apartment building that has been under construction since 2024, and is slated to finish in Spring 2027. This construction is a) very noisy, and b) has brought rats into the building
