It's big enough with 3 bedrooms, big living room and big kitchen, backyard included with limitations(owner does not maintain)
Cons
The property is not modern or renovated as depicted in the Zillow listing. There have been multiple issues such as rain leakage, water pipe leaks, and pipe clogging, with threats to cut off the water supply if the tenants do not resolve the landlord's plumbing problems. Additionally, there are concerns regarding a gas leak, an illegal basement, theft of electricity and gas, mold presence, lack of heating and electricity, and faulty wiring. The owner's response has been inadequate, failing to carry out repairs, despite collecting rent. Overall, the owner benefits financially without maintaining the property and forces the problems onto the tenants. All communications should be documented. Tenants pay rent for services, and all issues are the responsibility of the landlord.

Tenants are responsible for paying for services; they are not obliged to cover costs related to the landlord's responsibilities.
