Pros:
Doorman service is great! Lobby is currently under renovation but is almost to completion and is beautiful. Never seen a pest, the building is clean and I’ve never heard my neighbors.
Cons:
There is construction occurring on the building behind and will be for a few years which has been hard to listen to. Communication with Management could be better.
