Great area, expensive utilities

Location, good overall

Cons

Trash management isn’t consistent, buts it’s never been too bad. The utilities were very expensive, I believe due to bad window insulation (there are a lot of windows, nice for sun)

Advice to the owners

Improve building energy efficiency/fix drafty windows- it’s too expensive to heat apartment in winter
