Not worth it
Pros
The bathroom and little kitchen are modern. Ceiling fans are nice
Cons
Mail was such an issue. They used to leave it outside bc they couldn’t get it and when they could they would leave mail all over the ground. Forget having a package delivered. The mouse problem and roaches were unreal. The apartment is soooo tiny for what they are charging for rent. Trash piles up outside the apartment so badly.
Advice to the owners
Lower the rent if you aren’t going to get rid of pests and garbage
