The common areas of the building are gross. Floor is occasionally clean and that's about it. The garbage area outside is disgusting, the building is constantly being ticketed by the city; it's a rat jamboree. Repair needs are rarely if ever addressed in a timely manner. Some just go completely ignored. Not great.
