Beautiful Views... okay building.

Pros:
Beautiful apartment layout and incomparable views.
Cons:
Lobby and stairwell are in rough shape and while clean, they aren’t maintained well. The garbage area right outside the front door is messy and unsanitary.
Advice to owner:
Garbage bins and fresh paint would go a long way for the overall experience here.
