No dishwasher and tiny tiny kitchen. Extremely high rent increase upon lease renewal

Good heating in winter

Cons

Trash piles up in the trash room. Laundry room is not the cleanest. Ceilings are super thin and you can hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbors.
