Clean, spacious, great doormen and maintenance crew.

Lots of construction recently, but they have compensated us for this fairly.

Overall OK; pest control needs to get under control

Doormen are great, sizable studios and lots of space

Cons

Maintenance and pest control. Had a full mice infestation and building did nothing about it aside from sticky traps and said good luck. I enjoyed my time here but the lack of assistance left a bad taste in my mouth. They filled one hole from the wall but it took about a 3 week period to resolve. Building is a bit Dated, but it’s what you should expect from an old building
