The apartment is spacious, and receives a lot of sunlight. Water pressure is decent.
Sound and heat insulation is the worst I've ever experienced, and the neighbors are constantly dragging furniture around and screaming at each other. There's water damage on the roof which is starting to leak into the apartment.
