The building is fairly secure and the super lives on-site, so responsiveness to issues is pretty immediate. The landlord stays on top of updates and making sure things are running well.
Not a lot of daylight coming into the apartment. Landlord only accepts checks for rent - no electronic forms of payment.
I'd recommend accepting Zelle or some form of electronic payment
