TOO MANY MICE

Pros

Great location, high ceilings, solid apt layouts

Cons

Owners will take weeks to fix even urgent issues (NO DRINKABLE OR HOT WATER TOOK A WEEK+) and REPEATED MICE sightings, sometimes multiple at a time. So gross. They haunt me. Literally like living in a third world country by the end.

Advice to the owners

FIX things that are unliveable - tenants shouldn't have to live in a literal third world country.

Pros

I got lucky, rent stabilized unit, good natural light and laundry in unit. Super is nice and responsive, always seeing him around!

Cons

Mice and roach issues, poor water pressure, crazy neighbors and sandwiched between bars
