No gas in the entire building, mice, roach, mold ,leaks and damage walls and management doesn't return deposits.
Treat your tenants and units better and return their deposit
Close to 1 train and busses. Mgmt was good and timely with repairs.
I had NUMEROUS packages stolen at this building.
