landlord is terrible

Pros

The building is okay and the other people living in the building are nice.

Cons

The landlord, Fouad Ellyaan and his dad Munzer are not the kind of landlords you want. They never returned our security deposit despite our apartment being in perfect condition. They're extremely wealthy and all they care about is getting more money.

Neglectful Landlord Warning

Pros

Nice building overall. Elevator works. Good size apartments.

Cons

Landlord will never fix anything. It took a full year to get our AC fixed. Multiple emails and calls and texts ignored. The apartment is nice as long as nothing breaks, then you’re on your own. If you are late on rent however they will immediately call and yell at you.
