Renter beware- the worst place ever

Everything. Beginning with the landlord, Ben is rude, irresponsible and very clearly does not care about the apartment. When facility people were finally sent (after months of asking) they also were rude and threatened us. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the downstair neighbors yelling at each other the entire day and into the night. There is a pest problem in the entire building that has not been taken care of.
Advice to the owners
Literally just sell the property or care
