Fine for the price!

Pros:
Management was responsive when there was an issue.
Cons:
The building itself is crumbling. Water damaged and shoddily built in the first place. Flooding when during storms. Every winter would have to come have our heat fixed for it to start working again (they would provide space heaters when this happened, but still).
Advice to owner:
Have someone come in and do in-depth repairs.

Pros:
huge windows in bedrooms, big rooms, lovely neighbors, few pests, some mice but they went away, and no roaches and no bedbugs
Cons:
management is slow to respond but few emergency issues, very happy to have lived here
Advice to owner:
response for maintenance issues could be faster but still few needs great apartment
