Smoking non-stop in this non-smoking building
Pros
The building is new, has good elevators and the super keeps the common areas, including trash room, clean and maintained.
Cons
This building is identified as non-smoking. It's in the leases. Yet people smoke in this building all the time and nothing is done about it. The owner/managers don't care. There's also a lot of street noise from the highway if you open the windows.
Advice to the owners
Don't allow smoking in the building! Remove tenants who can't follow the rules.
