Pros

Good energy in apartment

Cons

- If you live on street side, it is VERY loud. It's located on two main streets (10th ave and 57th st) - Mice and roaches in apartment - management takes long to respond, you have to keep triple messaging them to get any response - they blast the heat, and the apartment gets EXTREMELY hot. In the winter, the open windows counteracts the heat which is necessary. We should not have to open the window during the winter bc it's too hot. Terrible heat management - 2 packages stolen in the 2 months I've lived here - Front building door is a manual key. If you have packages delivered when you are not home, there is no way to let delivery folks in unless someone else in building is also getting their packages delivered. Have had issues of packages not being delivered, or packages being delivered then stolen

Pros

Location, neighbors, community

Cons

Management is terrible, unresponsive and did not deal with the mice and cockroaches adequately, even when hiring an exterminator -- they did nothing but put some glue traps around.
