Been here 5 years. There is Good and Bad.

Elevator. Friendly neighbors. Clean.

Cons

Management is VERY difficult to connect with and unresponsive. When repairs are needed it takes a very long time, such as new mailboxes, elevator, or boiler.

Have more integrity and communication with your tenants.
