One of the best buildings I've lived in
Pros
Great management team - very prompt and friendly. The doormen are very helpful and great at their jobs. The building is kept very clean. They also have bi-weekly events for the residents.
Cons
Not really any, but the winds are loud and can hear them within the apartment.

Loden is a great place to live
Pros
Initial concessions were great, really great apartment amenities as well.
Cons
After the first lease cycle the costs are quite high
