Rats and cockroaches!

Pros

A lot of space. Great location. One block from the subway. Easy parking

Cons

The super is unresponsive the majority of the time. There are rats that live in our basement and are running around the building and garden at all times of the day. I see several cockroaches throughout the day and when I texted my super about it, he didn’t respond until the 3rd time. Even then he did not provide an exterminator. People in the building steal your packages. Neighbors blast their music sometimes still going at 6 am with the loudest base! The owners of the building NEVER answer the phone, return voicemails or answer their emails.

Advice to the owners

Get rid of the rats and cockroaches and start taking care of your property!!!! You will be fined if you do not as you have been reported to 311.
