Pros
price was reasonable when I lived there with 3 other roommates for a little over a year. The neighborhood is lovely.
Cons
there was a glaring mold/leak issue in my bedroom wall for about a year that never got fully fixed by the time I moved out. Lots of temporary fixes provided by property management for a really bad persistent problem. mail got stolen or slashed open pretty often.
DO NOT RENT
Pros
None. The owner does not respond and will not fix any of the issues with your apartment.
Cons
We went three weeks without gas or hot water when we first moved in and the owner did nothing to help us. Owner charged us double security (which is illegal because these are rent regulated apartments) and never returned a penny. We left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in and always paid our rent on time and in full. Blocks my calls. Gave zero reason. It’s been three years and we’re still trying to get it back. 2025 update. Landlord was (generously) given 3 chances to show up in court and never did. We unfortunately moved across the country and couldn't continue pursuing
Advice to the owners
Stop scamming and taking advantage of innocent people. Go fuck yourself as well.
