Great Lenox hill apt building

Pros

Of all the places I’ve lived in the city, this has been a great building to live in. The property owners are very responsive and maintenance comes quickly and installs high end products to replace. Also, they sweep the floors in the stairs regularly and the building is kept nice. Pest control comes once a month to each apartment. Would recommend

No pets if that’s an issue for you, there currently is a lot of construction on the street but hopefully that will go away
