Brand new building. Central AC. Washer/dryer in unit.
Noise. You can’t hear much of the outside noise. But the noise from your upstairs/downstairs are intolerable. You can hear and make sense of their conversations, and every little footstep is almost amplified due to how poorly the inside of the building is constructed. The walls are empty!
