Clean quiet nice building.

Super is very nice, residents friendly

Laundry is crazy. Never available bc only 2 washers and dryers for entire building , machines are not good quality, and they charge too much.

clean, quiet, well maintained. Super is great and quick to respond.

Cons

Dealing with management. In my experience, they were extremely rude and lazy. We didn't have heat in our unit for multiple month over the winter, and they would rather stonewall you and pretend you are lying then fix the issue. Heat had to go out in the entire building and 311 had to get involved before they fixed the issue.
