Former tenant·9 minutes ago

ok building, bad management

Pros

mostly quiet building, you don't really hear what's going on in other people's places

Cons

This building has a nasty rat problem, and the way they handle the garbage doesn't help. Cheap and unresponsive realty company too.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Apartment is great but overpriced, building sucks

Pros

Pet friendly, quiet westward facing apartments, elevator, some units remodeled, near subway and Tryon Park, nearby laundromat

Cons

Common areas are filthy, elevator is unreliable, constant street noise and noise from neighbors, no laundry in building, hot water unreliable, running water unreliable, front door lock constantly broken, garbage area is absolutely filthy, roaches/pests, water leak inside walls, water damage in unit

Advice to the owners

Better maintained common spaces, and be more responsive to plumbing issues.
