Pros

Good location but not worth the price or headache.

Cons

We had mice, bedbugs, and roaches and they kept coming back no matter what we did. The trash outside would just pile up and management would do nothing about it. Also had super noisy neighbors that would fight all the time. Could hear their conversations clear as day.

great area, decent pest control, trash outside, good space in the apt.

kept turning off hot water, takes long time to get back to you of maintenance, things kept breaking, not a lot of light
