Lots of natural light, strong central heating/AC, and located on a quiet street.

Cons

Roaches sometimes spotted and ventilation isn't the best so mold and cooking smell stay around.

People stay a long time and are chill and friendly. It’s pretty standard and not tons of issues. Elevator works well and laundry is decent
