Review Summary for Tuc Management Company Inc.
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenants of buildings managed by TUC MANAGEMENT COMPANY INC. report a mixed experience. Some buildings boast attentive doormen, quick maintenance, security, amenities like gyms and pools, and spacious layouts, creating a comfortable living environment. However, several reviews cite issues with cleanliness, garbage management, and persistent pest problems, including cockroach infestations, which management is often slow to address. Noise from garbage trucks and building neighbors is another concern, alongside occasional unresponsiveness from management and maintenance staff. Seniors feel underserved, with calls for more social engagement. While some tenants recommend these buildings, others advise improvements in staff training, pest control, and tenant communication for a better living experience.

Under new management and they dont care about senior interactions.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Security at front desk elevator and handicap equipt apartments. Laundry in building.
Cons:
Request for Keys take months. The noise from the garbage trucks is loud and at 3 or 4 in the morning
Advice to owner:
Have more events for the seniors let the social worker do the events that they enjoy ,file complaints with the garbage pick up for disturbing the peace at 3 and 4 am when you have elderly peopl3 being woken up from it.
