Great Budget Apt

Pros:
Has a gym, laundry, next to a school, bar, & cafes. Are apartment was great but you can hear other neighbors.
Cons:
We had a sewage leak in the building. Took a very long time to fix. Neighbor stopped paying rent because of it and owner took them to court. Don’t know what happened but we got it fixed shortly after. Also the first floor got broken into.

Pros:
Super close to A/C/G trains
Good appliances
No bugs
Cons:
One neighbor lets their dog poop and pee on the roof and then picks up their poop and tosses it on the roof of the building next door. Another neighbor plays music 24/7 365 days a year. Neither problem has been handled by management after months of complaints and several police reports. Trash is a consistent problem in front of the building – landlord was fined by the city for it at one point. There have been TWO sewage leaks in the last year that took over the basement where the laundry room and gym are located.
