THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Washing machines broken, hallways dirty, trash overflowing. It is nearly impossible to get assistance from NBM. Multiple calls with no results.
Hire staff that can execute repairs and assist your renters in a timely fashion.
