I like that it's only 2 units, that the landlord is cordial and responsive and has resolved any issue I've had over the years. It's not rent stabilized but he has not raised it egregiously.
It's right on Fulton so it's loud, and 2 of the rooms have skylights (and not windows). It also doesn't have a fire escape, and it doesn't legally need to, and in fact it is legally difficult to add one.
