Lived there for 3 years and it was great

Pros

Very pretty building with pretty back view of community garden. Well designed unit. I worked with an incredible broker named Mary at centennial properties. Highly recommend her. And Larry to the super in the building at the time is also incredible.

Cons

I don't have any! Management definitely had a lot of turnover so it was often confusing and a little frustrating, but they always fixed things eventually. And nothing in my apartment was ever an actual emergency so I didn't mind. The heaters in the bedroom at the back of the apartment in my unit (most windows) didn't heat up very well but that's because of the little radiators and not something they can actually fix.

Advice to the owners

Find some way to heat the back bedroom better, otherwise satisfactory ! Mary and Larry and great!

Nice Staff, Centennial is Not a Great Landlord

Pros

The maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons

Centennial will do anything to keep your security deposit, you have to have clear proof from your lease and emails they've sent to you to back up why you deserve your money back (and they'll still send it late). You can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways in your own apartment.
