Loved my 3 years of living here
Pros
- rent increases were very small each year - lots of space - high ceilingz - heating/ac great - lots of hot water - super is great - laundry in building - only had one roach, no mice - exterminator comes to each unit every month - close to the train
Cons
- club across the street is so loud on weekends oddly during the day, wakes me up at 10 am even when all my doors/windows are closed - huge flies in laundry room in the summer - can hear when neighbors are playing loud music or especially when super loud dogs on first floor are barking - internet router cable connected outside so window was always a crack open and i had so many mosquitos…but just had spectrum come remedy that - there was a fire in the first floor bodega in the last few years so all of the units were vacated…but also remodeled which I guess is a pro!! - some things are just crooked, but super has fixed things we’ve asked
